“No refusal” does not mean that every installment-loan application will be approved. A quick online application and consideration of imperfect credit are different from a guaranteed offer. If you are comparing lenders, ask what information they review and whether the actual payment schedule fits your budget.
An installment loan is typically a fixed amount repaid through scheduled payments. The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) explains that the amount borrowed, interest and applicable fees all form part of the repayment obligation. The phrase in a search result is not a substitute for the terms of a loan agreement.
What does “no refusal” mean?
It is a phrase people use when searching for a loan. It is not a promise that you will qualify. Lenders may assess identity, income, existing debts and banking information. FCAC notes that most personal-loan lenders also check credit reports, although practices differ. A lender's willingness to review an application does not guarantee approval, a requested amount or a particular rate.
At Ace of Loans, completing the application takes about five minutes. Applicants must be at least 18; identification is requested and instant bank verification is mandatory. Ace does not request a hard or soft inquiry from Equifax or TransUnion. Those process details do not eliminate review or guarantee an offer. Our eligibility guide explains what to prepare without predicting your outcome.
Can someone with bad credit be considered?
Yes. Ace of Loans can consider applicants with bad credit, but the decision still depends on the individual application. The offer may be different from the amount requested, or an application may be declined. “Bad credit considered,” “no Equifax or TransUnion inquiry,” and “no refusal” are three different statements. Only the first two describe Ace's confirmed approach; the third is not an Ace promise.
If you want to understand the product rather than the approval wording, visit the existing installment-loans page. It explains scheduled repayments and the available $250 to $1,250 amount range. There is no guaranteed amount. For amount-led questions, the small-loans page is the better starting point.
What should you check in an actual offer?
Read the amount you would receive, the annual percentage rate, interest and any applicable fees, each payment amount and date, and the total you would repay. A lower periodic payment can still cost more overall if the term is longer. FCAC's personal-loan examples show why total cost matters. Ace of Loans' maximum APR can reach up to 29%; your individual agreement is the source of truth for any offer's terms. Our APR explainer and agreement checklist can help you review them.
Check the payment dates against rent, food, utilities, transportation and existing debts. If repayment would leave a gap in essentials, pause before borrowing. If the money is for a bill due soon, compare the lender's offer with a possible payment arrangement using our bill-payment decision guide.
What if you need a decision quickly?
Prepare accurate identity, contact, income and banking information, and read any consent request before submitting it. A completed application, an approval decision, offer acceptance and transfer are separate steps. If approved and an offer is accepted, Ace sends funds by e-transfer. They may arrive within minutes in some cases, but review and transfer processing can take hours or days. Neither approval nor funding by a specific deadline is guaranteed.
Common questions
Does “no refusal” guarantee approval?
No. Consideration of an application is not the same as an approved offer.
Does a five-minute application mean instant funding?
No. Application, review, offer acceptance and transfer happen at different stages, and their timing varies.
Should I choose the lowest payment?
Not by itself. Compare the number of payments, the total repayable and whether every date fits your budget.
